In most cases there is no separate planning fee. Our planning services are built into the cost of your trip. You typically pay the same price you would booking directly with the supplier, but with the added benefit of expert guidance, personalized planning, and ongoing support.

A planning fee may apply for highly complex itineraries that require extensive custom research, multi-country trips with many independent components, or scenarios where the trip is built primarily around non-commissionable suppliers. We always discuss any fees transparently before beginning work.

Online booking platforms are designed to sell, not to advise. We provide perspective, recommendations, and insider knowledge that booking sites cannot match. We also have direct relationships with suppliers, often unlocking upgrades, perks, and amenities not available to the general public.

We handle all changes on your behalf, whether the change is initiated by you or required by a supplier. There is no additional charge for normal itinerary adjustments made through us, though supplier change fees may still apply per their policies.

Refund policies are set by each supplier (resort, cruise line, supplier). We explain these policies clearly before you book, and we strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips to protect against unexpected disruptions.
