Grace Bay (Providenciales)

Northwest Point and Chalk Sound
The quieter western side of Providenciales offers a more secluded atmosphere. Chalk Sound National Park features a stunning turquoise lagoon dotted with small rocky islands. Northwest Point is a protected marine area with excellent snorkeling and diving, and far fewer visitors than the Grace Bay side.
North and Middle Caicos
Connected by a causeway, these two islands represent the quieter, more natural side of Turks and Caicos. Mudjin Harbour on Middle Caicos is one of the most dramatic coastal landscapes in the Caribbean, and the beaches of North Caicos are strikingly empty. A day trip from Providenciales is highly recommended for travelers who want to see the islands beyond the resort zone.
Salt Cay
A tiny, time-capsule island with historic Bermudian architecture, wild donkeys, and some of the best humpback whale watching in the Atlantic (January through April). Salt Cay is for travelers who want to step completely off the grid and experience a Caribbean that has largely disappeared elsewhere.
