IAH carries extensive nonstop service to Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, which makes Houston one of the easier cities in the country to reach a long haul destination from. Hobby handles most short Caribbean and Mexico service efficiently. Galveston is roughly an hour from central Houston and is a full cruise port in its own right, so a number of our Houston sailings never require a flight at all.

Many of our Houston clients work in energy, medicine, and international business, and they already travel frequently for work. When Houston travels
Hurricane season shapes the Houston calendar more than the heat does. We plan Caribbean and Gulf travel between June and November with insurance and flexible arrangements in place, and we steer milestone trips toward late winter and spring where we can. January through March is consistently our strongest Galveston sailing window.

Should we sail from Galveston or fly to a Florida port?
Galveston removes the flight, the luggage risk, and a hotel night, which for many Houston families outweighs the wider ship choice in Florida. When the ship or itinerary you want only sails from Miami or Fort Lauderdale, we plan the flights and the pre-night around it.
How do you handle hurricane season?
We arrange travel insurance for every trip, favour operators with reasonable rebooking terms, and monitor developing systems ahead of your departure. If a trip has to move, we manage the change rather than leaving you on hold with a call centre.
Can you plan a trip on short notice?
Often yes. Availability narrows and prices firm up, but our supplier relationships mean we can still assemble a strong itinerary inside a few weeks when the calendar demands it.
